So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.

Colossians 2:6-7

Wouldn’t it be amazing if every child would grow up to be a picture of these verses in Colossians? That they would receive Jesus as Lord, that they would live their lives being rooted and built up in Him, and that as they grow, what they were taught as children would be strengthened into a faith that overflows as adults? We know as a parent, that’s your desire. And here at WCC that’s our desire for your children as well!

We know that raising kids is hard. But we want parents to know that we are cheering for you and want to support you. We believe there is incredible potential when we combine the love of the family with the light of the church. That's why our goal at WCC Kids is summed up in this simple statement:

Partnering with parents to point kids to Jesus.

We believe God has great things in store for your kids and we want to be a part of raising up this next generation. We think they're going to change the world!

We want your kids to fall in love with God and His Word. That's why all of our WCC Kid environments are designed to invite kids into a new understanding of how to grow in their relationship with Jesus.

Birth-2 years (Nursery)

We want even the littlest of our WCC Kids to receive a lasting impression of their loving heavenly Father. Through a safe, clean, and nurturing environment your babies will sense from their earliest moments how much God loves them.

2-5 Years (Preschool)

We want to ignite a sense of wonder in each child as they discover the world around them and the God who made it. Everything we teach our toddlers and preschoolers focuses on understanding 3 truths: God made me, God loves me, and Jesus want to be my friend forever.

K-6th Grade (Elementary)

We know kids have a lot of questions. And we also know that the answers they listen to will shape who they become. We want our elementary kids to get to know God deeper and develop an active faith, so everything we teach is based on a few basic truths modeled by Jesus in Luke 2:52: I can trust God no matter what, I can make the wise choice, and I can share God's love with others.

Parents & Families

We don’t stop with Sunday School classes. Because we believe the most important spiritual influences in the lives of children are their parents, we do everything we can to support and equip you, the parents! We provide weekly Parent Pages with family devotions, discussion starterss, and activities, so families can connect over God’s Word and parents can lead their children spiritually! These Parent Pages are handed out in Sunday School classes or can be found below! We also offer a variety of events throughout the year for families to come together and connect, including our Annual Egg Hunt, VBS, Trunk or Treat, SuperStart (weekend retreat), Family Nights, and more!
